TEAM COMPOSITION
Each team is budgeted to carry 2 goalies, 14 players and 3 AP's.  The revenue collected (REP fees/ AP fees) is equal the expense of the additional practice time  for the team.

FAIR PLAY CODE
The representative teams adhere to the FAIR PLAY CODE which is based on everyone participating regardless of ability level. During the regular season games,  coaches strive to provide equal ice time, period by period, with the exception of
1)  the last three [3] minutes of a closely contested game
2)  during a power play or penalty kill situation in a closely contested game
3)  for disciplinary reasons resulting from an event considered to be unsportsmanlike.
The emphasis of the regualar season is on the development of all players regarless of ability and level.

Due to various situations in OMHA playdowns and NDHL playoffs, equal ice time is difficult to maintain on a game to game basis. Player ice time during these final games may be earned based on skill, performance, attitude, commitment, and practice attendance.  In the over-all season, however, each player should have benefited from equal ice-time, excluding time loss due to injuries and suspensions.
